    • Differences in chemical components and quality analysis of Gardenia jasminoides before and after processing with ginger

    • In the field of traditional Chinese medicine chemical composition research, experts used ultra-high performance liquid chromatography time-of-flight tandem mass spectrometry to analyze the differences in components before and after making gardenia ginger. It was found that 21 components were reduced and 7 components were added after making gardenia ginger; There are differences in the moisture content, total ash content, alcohol soluble extracts, and the contents of genipin gentian glycoside, geniposide, crocin I, and crocin II in ginger and gardenia from different origins.
