    • Research progress on the regulation of JNK signaling pathway by traditional Chinese medicine for intervention in central nervous system diseases

    • According to the latest research, the JNK signaling pathway plays a crucial role in central nervous system diseases such as Alzheimer's disease and Parkinson's disease. Research has found that active ingredients and formulations of traditional Chinese medicine can alleviate neuroinflammation, oxidative stress, and cell apoptosis by regulating the JNK signaling pathway, improve synaptic function and cognitive behavioral disorders, regulate autophagy, maintain blood-brain barrier integrity, and exert neuroprotective effects.
