摘要

为提高危重症感染性疾病的诊断及救治水平，规范纳米孔测序的临床应用，促进该技术的良性发展，中国药理学会治疗药物监测研究专业基层委员会和广东省药学会临床治疗精准用药专家委员会联合发起并组织多学科专家，采用名义群体法、德尔菲法等，制订了《纳米孔测序在病原微生物检测中的应用专家共识》，对纳米孔测序（涵盖靶向测序、宏基因组测序和全基因组测序等方向）的样本采集与运输保存、检测过程、生物信息学分析、报告解读等全流程进行了规范，并对其中的关键问题给出了推荐意见。

Abstract

To improve the diagnosis and treatment level of critically ill infectious diseases， standardize clinical application of nanopore sequencing， and promote the sound development of the technology， Division of Therapeutic Drug Monitoring of Chinese Pharmacological Society and Expert Committee of Precision Medicine for Clinical Treatment of Guangdong Pharmaceutical Association initiated and organized multidisciplinary experts to formulate

Expert Consensuses on the Application of Nanopore Sequencing Technology in the Detection of Pathogenic Microorganisms

by using the nominal group method and the Delphi method， etc. The whole process of nanopore sequencing （covering targeted next generation sequencing， metagenomic next generation sequencing and whole genome sequencing） was standardized in terms of sample collection and storage， detection process， bioinformatics analysis and report interpretation； the recommendations were provided for the key issues.
