Study on the risk factors and predictive model for acute kidney injury during tacrolimus treatment for pediatric steroid-resistant nephrotic syndrome
“Experts from Xuzhou Children's Hospital have found that baseline renal function impairment, high maximum trough concentration of tacrolimus, CYP3A5 * 3/* 3 genotype, concurrent infections, and hypertension are independent risk factors for acute kidney injury in children with steroid resistant nephrotic syndrome undergoing tacrolimus treatment. A clinical prediction model has been constructed to provide scientific basis for risk stratification management.”
