Evaluation of the anticoagulant effect of nafamostat mesylate in continuous veno-venous hemofiltration with different dilution methods for uremic patients
“A study conducted by Three Gorges Hospital affiliated with Chongqing University found that in the treatment of CVVH in patients with high bleeding risk uremia, the post dilution method has a higher coagulation incidence, shorter use time, and greater anticoagulant effect than the pre dilution method. However, the solute clearance rate is higher, providing reference for clinical treatment.”
