    • Clinical observation of sacubitril/valsartan versus benazepril in perimenopausal hypertensive patients

    • “The study compared the antihypertensive effects of sacubitril valsartan and benazepril in perimenopausal hypertensive patients and their effects on ventricular remodeling and inflammatory fibrosis. It was found that sacubitril valsartan is more effective in controlling blood pressure, reversing ventricular remodeling, and inhibiting inflammatory fibrosis, and its safety is comparable.”
