AIGC技术使用声明

Statement of China Pharmacy on the Use of AIGC Tools in Manuscript Writing

Authors should declare whether AI-Generated Content (AIGC) tools were used in the writing when submitting a manuscript or a major revision. The following requirements apply only to the original writing or major revision of the manuscript, and do not cover the use of AIGC tools for auxiliary basic tasks such as data analysis:

1. AIGC and related assistive tools may only be applied during the writing or major revision process to improve the readability and logical coherence of the text.

2. The use of AIGC and related assistive tools must be under human supervision and control; authors should carefully review the content reviewed and revised by the tool to avoid factual errors caused by AI hallucinations.

3. AIGC tools must not be listed as an author or co-author.

4. A statement of AIGC tool usage may be placed at the beginning or end of the manuscript at the time of initial submission or resubmission after major revision, specifying the name of the tool(s) used, so that the editorial office can assess the acceptability of such use. For example: “In the preparation of this manuscript, the author(s) used [AIGC tool name] in order to [purpose]. After using this tool, the author(s) reviewed and edited the content and take(s) full responsibility for the final content of the manuscript.”

5. If no AIGC tools were used, no statement is required; likewise, the use of basic editing tools (such as grammar, spelling, and reference checking tools) does not warrant such a statement.

6. The authors bear ultimate responsibility for the content of the manuscript.

7. The editorial office may use appropriate tools to detect the proportion of AIGC rate in manuscripts. If the detected rate exceeds a certain threshold (at the editorial office’s discretion) and the author has not made the relevant declaration, the manuscript may be rejected on that ground.

8. Important note: To protect authors’ rights and the confidentiality of research, this journal currently does not allow reviewers or editors to use AI tools to substitute for review during the peer review and manuscript evaluation process (see Statement on Recent Cases of Reviewers Using AI to Substitute for Review at https://jc.china-pharmacy.com/48/35475.html). The editorial office is evaluating compliant AI tools and will revise this policy as appropriate in the future.

9. The journal’s policies on AIGC use will be dynamically adjusted and continuously improved in keeping with the iterative development of AI technologies, updates to academic publishing standards, and research integrity requirements, and will be revised and supplemented as appropriate. Authors should refer to the latest published policy on the journal’s official website at the time of submission.
