OBJECTIVE： To establish pharmaceutical quality and safety control index， and to promote the work and service quality of inpatient pharmacy. METHODS： According to Detailed Rules for the Implementation of Evaluation Standards for Three Grade General Hospitals （2011 edition） and grade hospital evaluation standard， quality and safety control group set up the pharmaceutical quality of inpatient pharmacy and safety control indicators in our hospital. The pharmacy and safety control indicators were evaluated and tested by comparing the results of quality test in Feb.， May， Aug.， Nov. of 2016. RESULTS： Pharmaceutical quality and safety control indicators included pharmaceutical care （7 items）， drug management （9 items） and others （6 items）， including 22 items in total. Those indicators were comprehensive， precise and specific. Detailed scoring criteria was formulated for each item and assignment was quantized （100 points in total）. The total deduction scores were 21.5， 8.5， 8.5， 7 respectively in Feb.， May， Aug.， Nov. 2016. Especially， deduction scores of account agree with physical inventory， drug storage and storage， safety inspection were 0 in Nov. 2016. CONCLUSIONS： Established quantifiable， refined and specific pharmaceutical quality and safety control indicators promote pharmaceutical administration of inpatient pharmacy， which is suitable for pharmaceutical quality and safety control of inpatient pharmacy.
