OBJECTIVE： To construct the comprehensive evaluation index system of ADR rapid reporting information system in hospital. METHODS： The index system was determined by Delphi method for sending two rounds evaluation tables to 29 related experts. RESULTS： The recoveries of two rounds of evaluation tables were 100％. Total degree of expert authorities was 0.86， and mean value of important degree of all indexes was more than 3.5. The variation coefficient of most indexes was less than 0.2. The coordination coefficient was significant by χ2 test. The final evaluation index system included 3 first-order indexes [structural index （weight 0.336 8）， system index （weight 0.341 9） and effect index （weight 0.321 3）]， 11 second-order indexes （numbers and quality of reports， etc） and 43 third-order indexes （time change of updating one report）. CONCLUSIONS： Establish hospital ADR rapid reporting information system is feasible and reliable. Enthusiasm， coordination and reliability of the experts are good. Comprehensive evaluation system of ADR rapid reporting information system in hospital has been set up primarily.
