OBJECTIVE： To discuss the pharmaceutical management of dope and drug use in athletes. METHODS： The conception of dope， prohibited list and therapeutic drug use exemption in athletes were introduced； taking management practice of our hospital for example， the effective measures of pharmaceutical management for dope and drug use in athletes were analyzed and summarized. RESULTS & CONCLUSIONS： Our hospital have realized effective management of dope and drug use in athletes through establishing special management channel， implementing special drug management and prescription drug management， strengthening the management of drugs included in hospital dope list， conducting prescription check and dispensing strictly， strengthening pharmacist education and training about related knowledge.
