RESULTS: The effective rate of observation group was 82.5%, which was significantly higher than 62.5% of control group, with statistical significance (P<0.05); after treatment, HAMD of 2 groups decreased significantly, and the observation group was lower than the control group, with statistical significance (P<0.05). Compared with before treatment, erum content of 5-HT increased significantly in 2 groups after treatment, with statistical significance (P<0.05); there was no statistical significance between 2 groups (P>0.05). After treatment, SERS of observation group was significantly lower than that of control group, with statistical significance (P<0.05).
