OBJECTIVE:To establish the GC specific chromatogram of Goupi cream. METHODS: Gas chromatography was performed on the column of fused silica capillary column by programmed temperature, injection temperature was 220 ℃, detector was hydrogen flame ionization detector with temperature of 250 ℃, the injection volume was 1 μl and split ratio of 20 ∶ 1. The eugenol chromatographic peak was used as reference peak to determine the 32 batches of Goupi cream from 5 enterprises, TCM fingerprint similarity calculation software (2009 edition) was conducted for the common peaks identification and similarity evaluation, and the specific chromatogram cluster analysis of 32 batches of samples. RESULTS: There were totally 11 common peaks in the 32 batches of Goupi cream, the 32 batches of samples from different enterprises showed low similarity and could be clustered into 5 types. CONCLUSIONS: The established specific chromatogram is specific and stable, and can provide reference for the quality evaluation and control of Goupi cream.
