OBJECTIVE:To establish a method for the content determination of ligustrazine hydrochloride in Fumaiding granule. METHODS: HPLC was performed on the column of Diamonsil C18 with mobile phase of methanol-1% Aqueous acetic acid (46 ∶ 54,V/V) at a flow rate of 1.0 ml/min, the detection wavelength was 293 nm, column temperature was 30 ℃, and the injection volume was 10 μl. RESULTS: The linear range of ligustrazine hydrochloride was 0.021 0-0.126 2 μg(r=0.999 9); RSDs of precision,stability and reproducibility tests were lower than 1.1%;recovery was 98.19%-99.88%(RSD=0.60%,n=9). CONCLUSIONS: The method is simple and accurate, and can be used for the content determination of ligustrazine hydrochloride in Fumaiding granule.
