OBJECTIVE：To establish a method for the content determination of ligustrazine hydrochloride in Fumaiding granule. METHODS： HPLC was performed on the column of Diamonsil C18 with mobile phase of methanol-1％ Aqueous acetic acid （46 ∶ 54，V/V） at a flow rate of 1.0 ml/min， the detection wavelength was 293 nm， column temperature was 30 ℃， and the injection volume was 10 μl. RESULTS： The linear range of ligustrazine hydrochloride was 0.021 0-0.126 2 μg（r＝0.999 9）； RSDs of precision，stability and reproducibility tests were lower than 1.1％；recovery was 98.19％-99.88％（RSD＝0.60％，n＝9）. CONCLUSIONS： The method is simple and accurate， and can be used for the content determination of ligustrazine hydrochloride in Fumaiding granule.
