摘要

目的：建立测定八珍丸（浓缩丸）中芍药苷含量的方法。方法：采用高效液相色谱法。色谱柱为Wonda Sil C18，流动相为乙腈-1％磷酸（15 ∶ 85，V/V），流速为1.0 ml/min，检测波长为230 nm，柱温为30 ℃。结果：芍药苷检测进样量线性范围为0.219～1.32 μg（r＝0.999 9）；精密度、稳定性、重复性试验的RSD＜1％；加样回收率为95.82％～101.82％（RSD＝2.13％，n＝6）。结论：该方法操作简便、稳定、重复性好，可用于八珍丸（浓缩丸）中芍药苷含量的测定。

Abstract

OBJECTIVE： To establish a method for the content determination of paeoniflorin in Bazhen pill （concentrated pill）. METHODS： HPLC was performed on the column of wondasil C18 with mobile phase of acetonitrile -1％ phosphoric acid （15 ∶ 85， V/V） at a flow rate of 1.0 ml/min， the detection wavelength was 230 nm， and column temperature was 30 ℃. RESULTS： The linear range of paeoniflorin was 0219-1.32 μg（r＝0.999 9）； RSDs of precision， stability and reproducibility tests were lower than 1％； recovery was 95.82％-101.82％（RSD＝2.13％，n＝6）. CONCLUSIONS： The method is simple， stable and reproducible， and can be used for the content determination of Bazhen pill （concentrated pill）.
