OBJECTIVE： To provide refereuce for rational use of antiplatelet and anticoagulant drugs. METHODS： In retrospective study， the application of antiplatelet and anticoagulant drugs in 32 hospitals from Nanjing area was analyzed statistically in respects of consumption sum， DDDs， DDC， etc. RESULTS： A total of 23 kinds of antiplatelet and anticoagulant drugs were used in 32 hospitals from Nanjing area， and consumption sum increased year by year. Top 3 drugs in the list of consumption sum always were clopidogrel， low molecular weight heparin and Carthamus tinctorious. Top 3 drugs in the list of DDDs were clopidogrel， warfarin and low molecular weight heparin. DDC of warfarin， heparin and ticlopidine was less than 10 yuan； B/A values of clopidpgrel and rovarpxabam were equal to or close to 1； On the other hand， the B/A values of cilostazol， sulodexide， PPA， warfarin， sarpogrelate， mailuo shutong， ticagrelor and ticlopidine were all more than 1. CONCLUSIONS： The antiplatelet and anticoagulant drugs are used rationally in 32 hospitals from Nanjing area； clopidogrel， warfarin， low molecular weight heparin and heparin dominated； ticagrelor， apixaban and dabigatran etexilate is promising in the future.
