OBJECTIVE：To provide reference for rational use of traditional preparation of Pingle Guoshi bonesetting. METHODS： The utilization of traditional preparation of Pingle Guoshi bonesetting in our hospital during 2013-2015 was analyzed statistically in terms of consumption amount，consumption sum，frequency，etc. The frequency of the preparation for 22 common diseases of Pingle Guo bonesetting were analyzed statistically. RESULTS：Top 3 preparations in the list of amount were Huoxue jiegu zhitong plaster，Yangxue zhitong pill and Shujin huoxue qutong plaster，and their consumption amount and frequency were 15 300， 7 702 and 6 910 boxes，and 26.39％，13.26％ and 11.83％. Top 3 preparations in the list of consumption sum were Huoxue jiegu zhitong plaster，Yangxue zhitong pills and Sanqi jiegu pills，being 459 000，207 954 and 174 900 yuan. Among 22 common diseases， 35 hospital preparations are different in frequency of drug use due to different functions and therapeutic efficacy，and the top ones were Yangxuezhitong pills，shujin huoxue qutong plaster and Qizhong yaoshu pills. CONCLUSIONS：Pingle Guoshi bonesetting drug is in varied forms and cheap，so it can meet different demands in the clinic and is used extensively.
