OBJECTIVE： To provide solution for online pharmacies health care payment in China. METHODS： Combined with foreign and domestic cases， the barriers of online pharmacies health care payment in China were analyzed from four perspectives of administration，legislation，supervision and technologies， and countermeasures were put forward. RESULTS & CONCLUSIONS： In administration aspect， the policy of “health care payment cannot be used in online pharmacies” should be disposed firstly， i.e. deregulate policy limit； in legislation aspect， laws and regulations should be perfected from multiple points of view； in supervision aspect， new supervision system should be established； in technology aspect， internet technical support should be ensured. Safe and reasonable online pharmacy health care payment system can be established from 4 aspects of administration，legislation，supervision and technologies， so as to promote further development of internet drug market in China.
