OBJECTIVE： To promote rational drug use of TCM injection in our hospital. METHODS： In retrospective analysis， using PASS， TCM injection prescriptions of inpatients were marked by drug types in our hospital in 2014. 20 marked TCM injection prescriptions were randomly collected quarterly among 3 types of TCM injection， 240 prescriptions in total. The rationality of TCM injection was analyzed in respects of type， dose， solvent， route of administration， frequency and drug combination. RESULTS： 240 TCM injection prescriptions were collected from our hospital in 2014， including 137 irrational prescriptions （57.08％）， which mainly manifested as 56 prescriptions of unsuitable solvent selection （28.43％）， 41 prescriptions of unsuitable solvent dose （20.81％）. Based on prescription comment， the problems were found out and countermeasures were adopted. CONCLUSIONS： TCM injection prescription special comments standardize the application of TCM injection and are of significance to improve the quality of medical service and guarantee the safe， reasonable and effective use of drugs.
