摘要

目的：建立测定桑叶中总黄酮含量的方法。方法：采用紫外可见分光光度法。以芦丁为对照品，采用亚硝酸钠-硝酸铝-氢氧化钠显色法，在510 nm处测定桑叶中总黄酮的含量。结果：芦丁检测质量浓度线性范围为0.031 2～0.156 mg/ml（r＝0.999 9）；精密度、稳定性、重复性试验的RSD＜2％；加样回收率为95.7％～101.0％（RSD＝2.1％，n＝6）。结论：该方法操作简便、稳定、重复性好，可用于桑叶中总黄酮含量的测定。

Abstract

OBJECTIVE：To establish a method for the content determination of total flavonoids in Morus alba. METHODS： UV-visible spectrophometry was performed with Al（NO2）3-NaNO2-NaOH color-test at the wavelength of 510 nm with the reference of rutin. RESULTS： The linear range of rutin was 0.031 2-0.156 mg/ml （r＝0.999 9）； RSDs of precision， stability and reproducibility tests were lower than 2％； recovery was 95.7％-101.0％（RSD＝2.1％，n＝6）. CONCLUSIONS： The method is simple， stable and reproducible， and can be used for the content determination of total flavonoids in M. alba.
